Frank Mediate

 Born in New York City in 1960, Frank Mediate began drumming at age 10. In high school he played both the stage and marching bands, and also began private study at Queensboro Institute of Music. While a performance major a Queens College, he worked in the pits of such shows as: Godspell, Little Shop Of Horrors, Bye Bye Birdie and the Rocky Horror Show. As a professional, he has worked and toured extensively with such artists as: Dick Clark's Legends of Rock and Roll, Jimmy Angel, Chris Connor, Brian West, Son Seals, Joni Wallace, Dorrin Norwood, Tim Gillis, The Cavalieres and many others. He has studied privately with such luminaries as Jim Chapin, Charlie Perry, Al Miller, Joe Morello, Dom Famularo and Rod Morgenstien, as well as Mike Lauren and De Duka DeFonseca of Drummer's Collective. He has also attended Master classes with Billy Cobham, Tommy Cambell, David GAribaldi and Greg Bissonette. As an educator, he was on the teaching staff of the Long Island Drum Center for 10 years and has been running a successful private practice since 2001. He has done clinics for Zildjian Cymbals and Evans Drum Heads and is currently in production of an instructional DVD for Hudson Ltd.

Greg March (Drums)


Greg March was born in Medford, NY. He began playing drums at a very young age. He developed a love for styles ranging from Jazz, Latin, Metal, to Rock and many more. With extensive chops and great musicianship, Greg has brought his talents to many local bands on drums as well as guitar. He has been teaching Drums for over a decade and brings something new to every student he works with.

Matthew Smith (Guitar, Bass)

Matt Smith Matthew Smith's (aka Bodega Face) musical journey began with his early exposure to the upbeat and joyous sounds of gospel music, which he was surrounded with throughout his childhood. After playing piano and trumpet in his younger years, he stumbled into the realm of the electric bass and hasn't looked back. Gaining experience through every means possible, Matthew has been involved with numerous rock, pop, jazz, funk, soul, and hip-hop projects throughout the past ten years. With a degree in music composition from the City College of New York, he has written a wide variety of works spanning numerous genres and received The ASCAP Foundation Louis Dreyfus Warner/Chappell City College Scholarship in honor of George and Ira Gershwin in 2009. Matthew continuously strives to hone his skills as a bassist, guitarist, vocalist, composer, and producer, constantly adding new material to his repertoire and musical projects to his resume. He is the currently working with Riot !n Paris (bass and backup vocals), Johnnie Lee and The Holy Smoke (bass and vocals) and a number of other live and and studio projects.

Rob Lauritsen (Guitar, Bass)

Rob Lauritsen Rob Lauritsen has been involved in several facets of the music industry for the better part of 10 years. After cutting his teeth as a guitar tech for Kings X, Rob moved on to become a driving force in the indie-rock scene as a member of From Autumn To Ashes and Warship. Rob has toured the world extensively as part of the Vans Warped Tour and the Download Festival. He continues to work as a sideman for a multitude of artists in several genres.

Charles Buonasera (Upright Bass, Electric Bass, Cello)

Charles Bouonasera  Charles Buonasera was born in Suffolk County, Long Island in 1988, he began playing bass at the age of 14 and at 15 he started playing the upright. He has participated in groups at schools such as orchestra, chamber orchestra, jazz band, wind ensemble, and played in the pit for school musicals. Also, when Charles was in high school he played in bands playing around long island and the city opening for bands like the 70's experience. Charles has toured eastern Europe with the long island youth orchestra and has played in the Sound symphony. He has studied at Hofstra University, Suffolk community college, Molloy, and the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College. Charles has studied with Mike Frost (Student of Jaco Pastorious), Robert Bowen, John Dewit, Yoshio Aomori, and Daniel Krugler (bassist for the Met). He has also played pits of over 45 different theater shows including places such as Gateway Playhouse, Creative Ministries, Symphony Space in Manhattan and Theaters in Brooklyn and Queens. Charles currently is playing bass for the band Flashback.

Amanda Procopio (Piano, Voice)

 Amanda began her music instruction at a very young age. She began taking piano lessons in 2nd grade and began voice lessons in 5th grade. She's currently attending Five Towns College for BA in music education. During her time at Five Towns, she performed at lincoln center and carnegie hall with the Five Towns Chamber Singers. Outside of school, she has performed with Harvest Gospel Choir. Although she specializes in classical music, Amanda has the ability to play and teach all genres to students of all levels and ages.
